100X Remote Control Float Ball Valve

The main valve is controlled by a float ball valve which is on the top of tank or reservoir. The valve maintains the maximum water level of tank or reservoir continuously.

The main valve comprises valve body, diaphragm, stem assembly, and seat. The valve is separated by diaphragm into two chambers, up and down. The upper chamber is control chamber, and down chamber is flow through chamber. The valve stem is driven by diaphragm up and down, and driven force comes from the differential pressure taken by two sides of diaphragm.

100X diaphragm control ball valve is a multi-function hydraulic control valve. The water level can be controlled below a preset elevation. This valve can be widely used in influent pipes of the pools and water tower in high-rise buildings, municipal domestic water systems, fire fighting facilities, factories, and mines. When adding a solenoid valve, it then becomes another type (i.e.106X), which provides double control to water level, normally used at high overflow prevention project.
